  BE WARY!! You will hand over your property and will not sign any type of paperwork whatsoever. No labor fee, diagnosis fee, flat service fee, taxes, or any charges are explained or given. They will charge what they feel like and will NOT give you your property without paying their random charge in FULL. The owner ACTUALLY recommended I sue him! He had the audacity to comment, "What do you think this is? A welfare office?! Honestly, the worst experience I've had in years. Their outdated website cleverly does not include any prices or said fees. The best part of being a customer at Dualex Office Products / Dualex Technology Services is walking out that door and never coming back. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go somewhere else.
